Intuitive Energy Healing

Reiki is an ancient form of Energy Healing. As a hands-on healing technique, this energy is transferred through the palms to the client to encourage emotional and physical healing, it moves through the body as it is needed.

Intuitive Coaching & Mentoring is something I’ve created to best describe my style of coaching.

I am highly intuitive and read energy, so when people speak I am able to discern the difference between what they are saying and what their energy is speaking. This is powerful as I can determine where you may be having trouble with your situation, whether it be in relationships, workplace dynamics, family dynamics, or just general life experiences. Often we have belief systems running in the background (subconsciously) which are creating patterns and cycles that keep playing out in our lives that are a disservice to our personal growth.

This style of mentoring goes deep into these beliefs, we go into your values, the way you speak to yourself, your self-love, and your connection to yourself and those around you.

Together we can create a plan to release what is holding you back + start living your most desired life!

My foundation is Reiki, which serves as the core of my healing practice. However, I incorporate various other modalities to provide a truly transformative healing experience. My intuitive abilities allow me to deeply empathize with others and identify what needs to be released. This profound sense of empathy empowers me to facilitate emotional release, utilize NLP techniques, employ visualization, inner child healing, and trauma release. By the end of our session, you will feel lighter, more in tune with your body, and gain clarity.

If you are struggling with persistent physical ailments, emotional turmoil, or a sense of underlying emotions ready to burst forth, such as anxiety, fear, disempowerment, or discontent, Reiki is the perfect path to healing for you. Reiki works by releasing blockages and restoring the free flow of energy throughout your energy centers, resulting in increased vitality, energy, and overall well-being. Many of the ailments we experience in our physical, mental, and emotional bodies stem from an imbalance or restriction in the flow of energy within our system.

The Sanskrit word Chakra translates as “wheel or disk” and as such our Chakras are, when charged and flowing correctly spinning in a clockwise direction, front and back of the body, however with increasing stressors on the human field from chemicals and electromagnet frequencies these can either go dormant or spin in an anti-clockwise direction, be over stimulated or under stimulated causing physical ailments within our lives and/or emotional upheaval.

Each person's experience during a session is unique, and many individuals have reported feeling a sense of relaxation, lightness, and rejuvenation. As we work on the energy centers, some clients have described experiencing tingling sensations, as well as variations of coolness or warmth. You may also perceive the flow of energy or a gentle pull throughout your body as we release blockages. It is not uncommon for the stomach to rumble or for the body to experience twitches during the process.

During the session, you may find that emotions or memories surface, some of which you may have forgotten or never considered as traumatic before. There is also a possibility of receiving messages from loved ones who have passed away, and you may encounter flashes of color or visionary experiences.

As a result of the healing session, you may experience a reduction in pain and a deeper sense of connection within yourself. Alternatively, some individuals may find themselves drifting into a peaceful sleep while receiving the energy upgrades.

Throughout the session, you will be guided through a meditation that allows you to quiet the mind. Your intuition and higher soul will come forth, providing you with answers and insights. As I empathically sense what needs to be released, your soul validates and confirms the necessary steps. We incorporate visualization techniques as part of the release process, and I also invite non-physical angels and guides to assist us during your healing session. And if you don’t feel anything, it is still working, in life some people have to work through layers and through releasing the mental (linear) mind before feeling the sensations in the body everything is normal and welcome, again it is completely unique to each individual.

It all depends on the individual needs of each soul.

Our unique sessions can help as a wonderful maintenance tool for the mind, body + soul, just as you would maintain the ongoing needs of your vehicle.

Or if you are working through some deeper emotional aspects of self, going through tough life challenges, going through heavy shadow work or you are Ascending with Intention, you may need 3 - 5 sessions fortnightly to shift through and allow yourself to be mentored with ease, grace and flow.

When you first come for a session we will be able to evaluate what it is that you are wanting to achieve from your session and if that will take multiple sessions to accomplish. Remembering we are forever becoming, shifting, and changing, sometimes we can do this alone, and other times it’s magical to have the support and guidance and quick energetic upgrades along the way.

Yes, as with any type of energy work or Soul work expect an integration period.

You will need to drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol, caffeine, sugary/heavy foods for a few days. You may be put off by these as the vibration of the body will have increased, honour how the body feels and what it needs most.

Be gentle with yourself, you may find emotions surface either straight after or the days following, you may be extra sensitive, just know this is part of the process of release, be kind and non-judgmental of yourself. Allow the release.

Reiki does not claim to “cure” anything. Reiki promotes relaxation in the body, mind + soul, which in turn assists the body’s natural healing ability to maintain and improve health and well-being.

When the nervous system is able to drop into a state of homeostasis and safety the body is able to tap into its natural self-healing abilities, it is also able to release what the body may have been holding on to in the form of emotional blockages, which may have been the cause of physical ailments.

After using Emotional Release on myself, I started using this POWERFUL modality within my own sessions, over time I have organically allowed it to flow in a unique way that really helps my clients to release emotions that have become trapped in the cells of the body, through challenges, trauma + childhood memories without having to necessarily relive the emotions (some do, many don’t) we do this in a safe and sacred space. This is HUGELY BENEFICIAL once you realize you do not have that emotional charge behind situations that would have previously triggered you! Often you will feel physically lighter and increased vitality after releasing emotions that have been trapped in either your physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual bodies.

Many report being able to breath deeper after releasing energetic heart walls, cutting energetic chords with past experiences and/or partners, parents or children that may be energetically draining our energy.
