John + Tami have created their own unique blend of Breathwork and Soul Ascension Release and Activation Meditation. This combination is an extremely powerful healing tool. We take you on a journey, through the activated breathing technique you are able to release the mind and drop into the body, reaching an altered state of consciousness where you are able to easily release deep stored emotions or painful experiences you have had throughout your lives. You are able to be an active participant in your own healing abilities.
We call in a lot of non-physical helpers, your guides, angels + ancestors.
We are able to clear blocked energy, emotions, traumas and lineage wounds, leaving you feeling clearer, lighter, more connected to yourself and those around you + grounded.
Just know that your soul will only ever take you where you are ready to go, you may uncover and release something big or something small, either way, it will always be perfect for you.

Yes, it is very safe, you are lying down for this experience, you are guided and supported the whole way through, both John and Tami intuitively work around the group and do hands-on energy healing. This is a beautiful way to allow yourself to release the mind and drop into the body. If at any point you feel unsafe, uneasy or unsure you are able to stop the breath or slow the breath, remember, it is your breath and you control the experience. The breath is the tool, not the ‘work’ itself.
However, if you have certain medical conditions (such as severe asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, or are pregnant), please reach out to us before attending.
We don’t do any breath holds.
We would recommend not to do it if you are pregnant, have a history of Cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure or heart problems.

As the activating breath gets more oxygen flowing through the body, endorphins kick in, the brain is less in control and your body will start to feel alive, you may experience body tingles, the body is opening up so that energy and emotions can move freely through the body, even those emotions that have been stuck for lifetimes. You are awakening your senses, your intuition and gaining clarity around your soul and your vessel.
You may feel physical sensations (tingling, heat, lightness), emotions rising (laughter, tears, joy, anger), or even receive intuitive insights. Some people enter expanded states of consciousness or access memories. Everything that shows up is welcome and part of your process.

Not at all! This experience is open to complete beginners and experienced breathers alike. You’ll be guided the entire way and fully supported in a safe, sacred space.

Wear comfy clothes you can move and lie down in. Bring a blanket, water bottle, journal, and anything else that helps you feel grounded (like crystals or an eye mask). An open mind and a willing heart are also key.

That’s perfectly okay, it’s part of the healing. You’ll be held and supported every step of the way. We create a deeply nurturing, trauma-informed space where your emotions are honoured and released safely.

This is a group experience, but your journey is deeply personal. You’ll be in your own space while also feeling the powerful resonance of shared healing energy. The group container often deepens the experience.

You may feel lighter, more emotional, deeply peaceful, or even a little raw. This is all part of the integration process.
We recommend giving yourself space to rest, journal, hydrate, and be gentle with your body. You’ll also receive our integration video to help guide you.
